The TRL Charity Cup held at Fairfield in Brisbane, Queensland is a day filled with excitement, fun and of course, lots of rugby league! Our awesome LIVIN ambassador and Invictus Games competitor David Neagle, recently had the honour of meeting a very exceptional individual by the name of Luke Mawson. Luke is a Year 9 student at Moranbah State High School and is also a pillar of the local community when it comes to raising awareness of mental health issues and reducing the stigma surrounding them. An affective coping mechanism for stress or mental illness is to find a purpose and commit to it. Recently LIVIN co-founder Sam Webb took part in an event hosted by The Great Whitsunday Trail which involved a 28.7 kilometre run on the challenging track through the Conway Ranges National Park at Airlie Beach, Queensland.
