The latest season of Australian Ninja Warrior had us cheering on some of the most inspirational competitors Australian television has seen in years! With obstacles challenging both physical and mental endurance, it was a series that had us glued to the screens as we watched competitor after competitor triumph or attempt the grueling Ninja Warrior courses. LIVINWell Program continues to deliver

It's been a busy month here at LIVIN with more schools, businesses and community groups reaching out to request the opportunity for the presentation of our LIVINWell Program.  Our facilitators have been out on the road clocking up some miles as we continue to spread mental health awareness through our educational program. Take a Breath – the benefits of controlled breathing

When we become stressed, worried, anxious, our breathing rate tends to increase, which in turn increases our heart rate and the speed at which thoughts tend to race around our head. A strategy known as controlled breathing can reverse this whole cycle. HOW DO YOU DO CONTROLLED BREATHING?  Breathe in for a count of 2-3 seconds. Hold for 2-3 seconds.
