Unmasked in WA!

Posted by Top Livin on

The Westin Perth came alive last month with our annual Unmasked Charity Ball adding a touch of glamour, fun and of course mental health awareness.

With over 270 tickets sold to this sell-out event, it is becoming an exciting part of the Perth calendar with LIVIN Co-Founder, Casey Lyons commenting it was the best one yet. "It is incredible to see how much this event is growing every year and how supportive the Perth community is in getting behind spreading awareness on mental health."

It was a fantastic evening lead by MC Ross Wallman and kicked off with the highly talented dance group The Hybrid Creative  who generously donated their time and bought an incredible energy to the night!

Key note speaker Shane Lowe tugged on everyone's heartstrings when he spoke about his experience after loosing five of his friends in the Bali bombings and what LIVIN means to him.

LIVIN Legends Shannon Dally, Kym Monteath, Amanda Proud and Blake Proud all shared their stories and created an incredible momentum to show the power of speaking up. They all generously donated their time to help make our event a success and we thank them so much for their time and support.

A special mention to Brett Earl from Fitfam Media who has been a proud and ongoing supporter of LIVIN through donating his time and services to capture all our photo and video content.  And a special mention to Vinyl Perth who also kept the dancefloor filled throughout the event. And to the LIVIN WA family with Melissa Lamb-Justins as event manager, you can call be truly proud of another fantastic event that bought the local community together.

And the event itself would not have been possible without the incredible ongoing support of our Platinum Sponsor, The Gold Industry Group, and Beacon Lighting our Gold Sponsor. Thank you to both organisations for your incredible support for the event.

To all of our guests, Thank you. We can not do what we do what we do without your support. For every ticket or merchandise item you purchase and for every conversation you have, you help us continue our mission to raise awareness and stamp out the stigma associated with Mental health.
