Bundamba College welcomes it's LIVIN Leaders

At LIVIN we are often humbled by the lengths schools and organisations go to promote our message that It Ain't Weak to Speak.  This week was no exception when LIVIN Co-Founder Sam Webb was invited to Bundamba State Secondary College in Ipswich, Queensland to participate in the presentation of the school's newly initiated LIVIN Leadership team. How Physical Fitness Helps Our Mental Fitness

We all know that it’s important to stay active to maintain our physical health but guess what? Exercising and staying fit is also helping our mental health. A number of speakers presented their advice and experiences to the several hundred students who were in attendance and it was inspiring to see that such a large educational community and faculty have placed so much emphasis on their students mental well-being. University...

How your diet could be affecting your mental health

You are what you eat! Better yet, tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are. The food that you eat affects your health – both physical and mental health. You don’t need to become obsessive about your food consumption – treating yourself from time to time with a Cadbury crème egg or a Lindt truffle can be great reward for effort – but a simple understanding that what you put into your body can affect things like your energy levels, mood and even behavior is good stuff to know. Clearly some people like to know...
