Opening in 2000 to a class of 25 boys, the Clontarf Foundation is now catering to over 5,600 boys across 92 schools throughout Australia. The Foundation was established to engage and support young men of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent and provide them with the best possible to start to their high school education and career. It takes both physical and mental strength to tackle mental illness head on which is exactly what we did earlier this month with the help of the fantastic teams from F45 Training. The Speers Point football grounds in New South Wales, was flooded with hundreds of eager participants all willing to get their sweat on and support our LIVIN message and help ‘Boot The Stigma’ surrounding mental illness.
