The number of deaths by suicide in young Australians is the highest it has been in 10 years.

Stigma and embarrassment remain a significant barrier to getting help.

The money raised through our merchandise, fundraisers and wonderful donors goes to our LIVINWell mental health and stigma reduction program which we deliver to schools and community groups across Australia. LIVINWell is a mental health education program building on LIVIN’s mantra that “It Ain’t Weak to Speak”. The program aims to break the stigma of mental health, enhance self-efficacy (both helping yourself and helping others) and encourage help-seeking. The program has been developed using best available evidence as informed by qualified psychologists, and subsequently reviewed and endorsed by numerous mental health professionals.
