Reaching out and asking for help or talking to someone is this skill that we are somehow expected to know, yet we were never actually taught it at school, college or in the workplace. Reaching out and asking for help, while it may seem simple, isn’t easy. You shouldn’t feel any shame for reaching out for help.  For many of you, it might be the strongest thing you ever do.

In this episode I share practical tools and strategies that you can do to reach out and ask for help. I also explain ways you can offer practical and emotional support as a friend for your loved one who is struggling. Reaching out and asking for help can be one of the hardest things you do, so I am a big believer that we all have a responsibility to help ourselves and that of the people we care about.

Much Love,
SW
